Step 3 – Once your application has been received and approved, we will schedule an apartment showing. After all apartment showings are conducted, you will receive a notice if your application has been accepted. If your application is accepted, a $100 deposit will secure your apartment. (This $100 deposit will be deducted from your first month’s rent.) A deposit to hold an apartment can be submitted by:
